Seqbim 2024 - 28-29 novembre à Rennes

Presentation

SeqBIM is the annual meeting of the french SeqBIM working group, which is part of the GDR BIMMM (Bioinformatique Moléculaire : Modélisation et Méthodologie) and the GDR IFM (Informatique fondamentale et ses mathématiques). The research themes of the days correspond to those of the working group: all work involving the study of sequences in bioinformatics, computer science, and mathematics. This meeting is open to all researchers in computer science, mathematics, statistics, bioinformatics and/or biology, working on sequences as combinatorial or biological objects.

This conference is an opportunity for PhD students and post-docs to present their work to the community and meet colleagues in the field.

In 2024, the meeting will take place on November 28 and 29 in Rennes.
